Exchange Policy
Overview
At The Gift Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and operational reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges within 24 hours of delivery only, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and inserts intact.

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions and size guides prior to purchase, as items that have been worn or used cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
To initiate an exchange, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Faulty items will be assessed upon review.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered faulty.

If a fault is confirmed and the item is eligible, we will offer an exchange for the same item, subject to stock availability.

If the same item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative exchange option may be offered at our discretion.
Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Gift Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
